Did you watch?

I liked the new format. It was a little tedious toward the end and seemed difficult for the foreign women (in particular) to get through the speeches, but over all I liked it. Honestly seeing Heath Ledger win was way more emotional then I thought it would be. I cried. I couldn't help myself.

Sean Penn winning best actor was, in my opinion, the only upset and I couldn't have been more excited. I was also surprised to see how overwhelmed he seemed. He always seems so calm and unaffected by stuff.

Oh and what was up with Beyonce last night? She was totally lip-syncing, but why? I don't think I've ever seen her do that before.

Oh and how smooth is John Legend? I totally love him.
